Using Fuselee
Plan Watch: subscriptions, zombies and credit balances
Track every SaaS/AI subscription, get 7/3/1-day renewal reminders, catch zombie plans and low credit balances, and receive one monthly saved/flagged report. Solo watches 5 subscriptions; Pro and Team are unlimited.
Subscriptions
Add each subscription with its vendor, plan, price, currency, billing cycle, next renewal date and notes. Reminders go out 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before the renewal and on the day itself through every channel you have configured. Quiet hours hold the 7- and 3-day reminders; the 1-day and day-of notices always deliver.
Active subscriptions roll forward one cycle the day after they renew; cancelled ones become expired. Changing the renewal date starts a fresh reminder ladder.
Zombie subscriptions
Link a subscription to a connected provider and Fuselee compares this cycle’s provider-reported spend with the pro-rated average of the 90 days before the cycle. When usage is under the threshold (default 25%) you get one alert per cycle: "Notion renews in 5 days — 12% of normal usage". No verdict is given with fewer than 14 days of history or fewer than 3 days into the cycle.
Credit balances
OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS and Vercel publish usage and cost APIs but no prepaid-balance endpoint, so balances are entered manually. Link the monitor to the provider and the worker derives the remaining balance every hour as the entered balance minus provider-reported spend since you set it, with the basis shown next to the number. Polled monitors use the adapter’s balance endpoint when a provider adds one; until then they fall back to the same derivation and say so.
A low-threshold alert fires once when the derived balance drops to the threshold; updating the balance resets it.
Monthly report
On the 1st of each month one notification combines exact Dev Guard savings with the prices of subscriptions flagged as zombies: "Fuselee saved/flagged ₹X this month". Amounts are totalled per currency and never converted; loop-stop savings are estimates and are listed separately from the headline.
